In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, some government universities have additional charge on 16 and 6 are vacant, the report said.
Of the 49 public universities in Punjab, 20 are permanent and 29 are acting VCs, the report said.
Of the 29 public universities in Sindh, 24 are permanent and five are appointed VCs on additional charges, the report said.
