SUKKUR:The Ramadan Departmental Cricket Gala 2024 concluded with the final match and closing ceremony* at Sukkur Municipal Stadium. The event, organized by Sukkur Municipal Corporation and Sukkur District Administration, was successfully led by Zohaib Shaikh, a prominent social worker, along with Mukhtiarkar Sukkur Babar Ali Bullo and officers from Sukkur Municipal Corporation, including Abid Ali Ansari and Afzal Channa. The Anti-Encroachment Force competed against Serve Sukkur Youth Force in the final match, with the former emerging victorious by scoring 91 runs in the first innings. Mayor Sukkur Barrister Arsalan Islam Shaikh, the chief guest, commended the Sukkur Municipal Corporation for their efforts in organizing such events and expressed the government’s unwavering support for sports activities. He presented the winning team with the trophy and extended his congratulations. The ceremony was graced by distinguished guests, including Municipal Commissioner Sukkur Muhammad Ali Sheikh, notable advocates from the High and Supreme Court, such as Qurban Ali Malano and Ali Hyder Dareshani, Chairman Haji Yasin Arain, Deputy Director Child Protection Zubair Mahar, and media personalities like Nadir Khan, Zaheer ud din Lodhi , Anas Malik, Usama khan, Bilawal bhatti, Sohaib Ahmed & Adnan Shaikh
