SUKKUR:Pakistan People’s Party Central Leader and former Federal Minister Syed Khurshid Ahmad Shah has advised PTI not to leave the Parliament and said that it will not benefit PTI from leaving the Parliament. See, even this did not help them. These views were expressed by Syed Khursheed Shah while talking to journalists after appearing in the accountability court in Sukkur. But they also acted. In 2024,

Hamshah Mehmood Qureshi conveyed a message to them that they must protest outside the Parliament but come to the Parliament and raise their voice. Protests or sit-ins are not going to make any difference. Khursheed Shah said that Pakistan should make agreements not only with Iran but also with Turkey and China. If America has objections, it should meet our needs.

\Pakistan should focus on self-reliance. We have resources but we are running towards debt. Wheat and sugar are available in abundance. We should export them and earn foreign exchange. Agriculture is one area that needs special attention. Instead of massacring the farmers of the country economically, they should be given facilities. Five trillion are owed to the companies.

I, as the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee, raised this matter on which my position was confirmed by the Attorney General and said that he would come from London and take up the matter, but he returned. Instead of coming, he resigned. The Prime Minister should understand this problem and for the collection of dues, lawyers should be appointed big and small lawyers who can compete with the lawyers of these companies in the courts.
