Israeli Minister Benny Gantz resigns from Israel’s war cabinet
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has resigned from the war cabinet over disagreements with his policies on the Gaza war. Last month Gantz gave Netanyahu a deadline of June 8 to formulate a clear strategy against Hamas in the Gaza war, but Netanyahu immediately rejected his ultimatum. With the resignation of the only centrist member in Netanyahu’s cabinet, the Israeli government could lose support for the centrist bloc.
If the Israeli government loses the support of the centrist, then the Israeli government may lose the current prime minister. Because mental harmony is negligible and policies seem to be going against each other.
