False operation by TTP
Recent reports circulating on social media regarding an alleged improvised explosive device (IED) incident in Datta Khel, North Waziristan, are false. According to official sources, no such incident has occurred in the area or its vicinity.
Additionally, claims of a Pakistan Army soldier being captured by TTP / Gul Bahadur group are also baseless. The picture being circulated to support these claims has been debunked as fake. Note that the alleged Pakistan army soldier can be seen wearing a “𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗵 𝗷𝗼𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀”, a different style Cheetah joggers to what these TTP / Hafiz Gul Bahadar group terrorists are wearing, which. This indicates that the individual in the picture is not a soldier but a terrorist disguised as a Pakistan army soldier.
