Afghanistan faces major instability

The uprising against the Taliban, which started in the northern province of Badakhshan, has reached afghanistan’s eastern province of Nangarhar. People are really fed up with the Taliban and every day people are rising up against the Taliban’s aggression.

Popular uprisings in Badakhshan, Baghlan, Nangarhar and Ghor provinces point to the impending Afghan Arab Spring.

The public’s resentment of the Taliban’s brutality and one-man rule with the police state has reached its peak.

Ethnic politics, corruption, forced marriages of underage girls by commanders are causing resentment.

Terrorism by al-Qaeda, ISIS, TTP and other groups is forcing neighbours to forge alliances. The next special meeting of China, Iran and Pakistan will focus on this agenda.
